Nope, not at all! We tell plenty of historical stories that are fun and interesting, too!
Generally, No. And our guides are careful with phrasing if younger clients are present, but please choose our tour based on what you already know about your younger members' tastes and tolerances.
Please call or text us to ensure that we have not sold the limit of adult participants of 15 mandated by the city of Charlevoix. If we have not- yes! The more the merrier! Payment can be taken at the beginning of the tour.
Absolutely! Our tour guides want you to be happy and engaged, and one way for them to know that is a tip from a happy customer! Tour Guides keep 100% of the tips that are given to them. Each tour guide will have business cards available with 2 QR codes, 1 for your positive Trip Advisor review and another for their personal Venmo account. Cash is gladly accepted as well but tour guides don't carry change.
Tours walk rain or shine and are only canceled for dangerous weather such as extreme thunderstorms and high winds.
You may cancel your tour for a full refund up to ONE HOUR before your scheduled tour. Rescheduling is available at any time prior to your tour, given that there are available days on the calendar.
